RVS Raju, the Head of Operations, has been inducted as an Additional Director in the Board of the newly merged entity of RHI Magnesita India Ltd.. during the latest Board Meeting held on Friday, 25 June. Further, he has also been appointed as a whole-time director for a period of 5 years with effect from 25 June 2021, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the next annual general meeting to be held later in the year. RVS would continue to perform his role as the Operations Head as earlier, while being part of the Board.
