Support in spreading awareness about GTBT among schoolgirls in Alwar
RHI Magnesita has taken up the initiative of educating school going girls on the importance of identifying Good Touch & Bad Touch (GTBT) and creating a safe environment in schools. The project is being executed in collaboration with Inaya Foundation.
The main aim of this initiative is to empower children especially girls to break the stigma of Bad Touch and build their con?dence to voice the misdeed. The project also covers imparting knowledge of various Government initiatives such as POSCO, Juvenile Justice and Child Marriage abolishment. Training workshops have been carried out across various govt. schools in nearby panchayats through banners, standees, rangolis, Kathputli shows & movies.
Support to the students at a government school in Vishakhapatnam
RHI Magnesita has recently supported a government school near our Visakhapatnam plant by providing computers, stationery and utility items for the holistic development of the students.
In addition to the items such as notebooks, drawing books, pens, pencils etc., we have also donated computers, utensils and other utility items enabling smooth functioning and providing technical support to the school.
