India Business Integration continues in full swing

As another key step in the expansion of our Indian business, RHI Magnesita has completed the acquisition of the refractory business of Hi-Tech Chemicals Ltd. The acquisition, which was  announced in October 2022, was completed end of January 2023 and effective February 1, 2023, the refractory business of Hi-Tech Chemicals Ltd. is merged into RHI Magnesita India Ltd. To leverage the full strength of all three companies, a new Leadership organization for India, West Asia & Africa region is formed under the India business Integration project, combining the best talents from RHI Magnesita, Dalmia OCL and Hi-Tech. This will ensure seamless business continuity while deriving maximum synergies that will benefit our customers immensely with improved product and service delivery.

Integration Project: Key Achievement

First dispatch from our new facility at Jamshedpur plant (Previously Hi-Tech Chemicals) was flagged off on Feb 6, a week after the completion of the merger.
