The new RHI Magnesita India is preparing to onboard Small & Medium Business (SMB) partners who will help us reach the small and medium enterprises whom we are currently not selling directly through our regular sales network. The partners will work as extended arm of our sales team who would provide reach for some of our products and services in the untouched customer segments and markets.

RHI Magnesita team played host to 33 refractory distribution firms from across all the regions in the country for a day full of energizing brainstorming sessions held on March 3, 2023, at New Delhi. Together, we explored new ideas and strategies on how we can improve our performance to better meet the needs of our customers.
The day began with the introduction to RHI Magnesita global network and operations followed by the journey and strategic initiatives in India .The new vision for our Indian business was also presented where we RISE Together with our stakeholders to strengthen our position as a responsible market leader that invests in innovative technology across the value chain to make our network more modern and sustainable and, build a strong talent pool in India to service the global refractory industry by empowering our people.
The broad objectives for the day were presented by Sanat Ganguli, Head - Business Development followed by a session on compliance and due diligence for Business Partners by Aparna Kirpal, Head - Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance and a brief overview of our products and solutions by Thomas Mathew, Head - Marketing & Solutions. The dealers were then, divided into 4 zones in accordance with the regions they operate in, each headed by their respective regional managers to direct and lead them through the manthan sessions.
The outcomes of these sessions were later consolidated and presented during the evening session joined by Parmod Sagar, MD & CEO – RHI Magnesita India Ltd. who interacted with all the partners and distributed mementos as a token of remembrance of this special occasion. The day concluded with an open house session with the partners in which Parmod Sagar addressed their queries, guided them with valuable insights and motivated them to collaborate and work together towards our shared goals.
