Our plant team at Cuttack demonstrated customer-centricity by working incessantly to fulfil a crucial customer delivery ahead of time with utmost quality.
It was during the first week of January, that one of our customers ordered 8 sets of ladle bricks from our plant in Cuttack. The order for 3 sets was supposed to be delivered by 10th January and the remaining 5 were set to be delivered by 25th January. Due to an unforeseeable urgency at the customer site, there was a request to deliver at least 1 set of the bricks by 6th January.
Our team at the plant took the challenge head on and worked together continuously to get the material ready and packed a day before the requested delivery date. The partial order of 3 sets of bricks was all set to be dispatched and had reached the customer site way before the committed deadline. In addition, the remaining order was also fulfilled timely with highest quality. This exceptional achievement of our team was very well appreciated by senior officials of the customer. A delighted customer sent sweets to the whole Cuttack team as a gesture of appreciation.
