In a major boost to our local production capability, RHI Magnesita has developed highly innovative and cost effective COMPAC® Coke Block at the Vizag plant in India. The newly developed fused Silica modular cast blocks are for safe and fast installation and are used for through wall and end-flue repairs. These blocks would replace the traditional Silica bricks that require comparatively longer repair time and higher shut down periods.
The new Coke Blocks have been developed with superior technology and latest mold concepts. We have successfully completed its production trials with the collaboration of Sales, Product Marketing, R&D and Process Industries team.
